Hey, it’s Zach.

In this free piano webinar, we’re going to go over how to learn piano scales for beginners (though you can use these same tactics even if you’re intermediate or advanced).

More importantly, we’re going to learn a Systematic Training Plan to develop smooth, fast scales with 10 minutes a day of practice. Here’s what we’ll cover in the webinar:

1. Piano Scales Overview
-Why people have trouble learning scales and how to fix it.

2. The Accelerated Learning Techniques
-Strategies for hitting your scales from all angles to learn in the shortest time possible.

3. The Systematic Plan
-Crafting the strategies into a systematic, day by day plan to dominate your scales.

4. The Single Biggest Mistake
-The mistake it seems ALL beginner’s make and how to fix it (you could be doing everything else right, and you won’t get results if you make this mistake!)

5. Bonuses and specials
-Free bonus PDFs, as well as a special deal I have going on for a complete ebook training plan.

Anyway, I challenge you to watch all the way through the video without getting distracted, and then sit down at the piano as soon as possible to go over all the techniques and actually practice them! You and I know that’s the only way to truly get results.

Here’s the link again with the special bonus deal from the end of the video: http://www.bestpianoclass.com/scaleswebinarebook

How To Learn Songs On The Piano (A Beginner's Guide)

Get the tools to help you learn tons of songs:

Learning songs on the piano can be intimidating for beginners. It’s so easy to hear a song and think, “Oh that’s way too hard for me.”

It’s exactly what Kaitlyn thought. If you haven’t met Kaitlyn yet, she’s part of the awesome support team at Pianote AND a super-amazing human being.

She’s also a Pianote student! She’s been learning to play, and you can see her progress from the very 1st lesson in this playlist.

Kaitlyn came to and said she had her this Demi Lovato song, “Anyone” and really wanted to learn it, but thought it was way too hard for her.

So here is how you learn songs as a beginner. To learn this song with Kaitlyn get the free chord chart here: https://pianote.s3.us-east-1.amazonaws.com/blog/2020/Beginner%27s%20Guide%20To%20Learning%20Songs/Anyone-Demi-Lovato.pdf

– Intro – 0:00
– Finding the RIGHT music – 0:53
– Get comfortable with the chords – 1:26
– Look at adding inversions – 3:34
– Building the left hand (when you’re ready) – 4:44

The important thing is to take things slowly and only progress once you’re comfortable.

But don’t let a new song intimidate you so much that you don’t even try to learn it 🙂

How to Play the C Major Scale on Piano for Beginners – Learn How to Play Piano Lesson 11

Learn jazz piano No Comments »

This lesson for beginners teaches you to learn how to play the C Major scale on the piano. The C Major scale has zero sharps and zero flats, so it is common for students to learn the C Major scale first.
The C Major scale along with the other major scales are essential in becoming a better piano student. Scales can be made up of a varying number of notes, but the major and minor scales are made up of 8 notes. Be sure to check out my other lesson tutorials to learn more about how to play the piano and music theory.
